The Raptor 8AC Digital system comes complete with the super sized Raptor 8" air cooled reflector, Phantom dimmable digital ballast and a standard HPS bulb.
REFLECTOR
This new mega reflector was designed with our customers' needs in mind. You wanted bigger, broader, brighter light coverage... our engineers built it all into our newest addition, the Raptor. This reflector has an exclusively engineered design by Lighting Sciences. It produces a broad light spread which allows close placement to plants for maximum light delivery in low-clearance locations. It has a fully gasketed and sealed lens system for the most effective heat isolation and cooling. Constructed of best-in-the-world 95% reflective, four-sided Alanod Hammertone aluminum interior. It has an aerodynamic design and pre-galvanized multi-point reinforced construction. It is the most efficient reflector in its class. It includes a 15' pre-wired lamp cord and built is socket. The raptor measures 39.5" x 30.5" x 9".
BALLAST:
Hydrofarm's Phantom Digital Ballast arrives on the market as the most rigorously tested ballast in the industry. The Phantom features silent operation, lightweight design, multiple placement options and the maximum lumen output around. The Phantom boast a push buttom dimmer that runs the ballast at 60%, 75% or 100% power. We listened to your needs and learned. Now you can reap the benefit with this durable, premium digital ballast.
